TOBESOFT Rebuilds Nonghyup Logistics BPR Financial Logistics System

TOBESOFT Rebuilds Nonghyup Logistics BPR Financial Logistics System
Improved TMS convenience by linking real-time notifications to delivery driver PDAs

TOBESOFT (CEO Kyong-chan Lee) has begun the renewal project of Nonghyup Logistics' BPR financial logistics system.

On the 27th, TOBESOFT announced that it will develop the renewal of TMS (Transportation Management System) among Nonghyup Logistics' BPR financial logistics system as a turnkey project with system integration (SI).

BPR (Business Process Re-engineering) refers to the fundamental redesign of corporate business processes to improve core performance such as cost, quality, and service. It is effective in strengthening sales competitiveness and improving productivity.

Launched in 2004 with the aim of improving logistics efficiency by consolidating the transportation volumes of Nonghyup Central and its affiliates, Nonghyup Logistics is engaged in various businesses nationwide, including agricultural products logistics, supermarket logistics, feed and grain, and financial logistics.

The financial logistics system, which was first established by Nonghyup Logistics in 2007, is divided into two parts: important document transportation, which transports important documents, ledgers, and goods for Nonghyup branches, and cash transportation, which transports Korean won and foreign currency funds.

To provide a safer and easier cash delivery service, TOBESOFT plans to dramatically renew the TMS system, including dispatching, operation, and settlement, using the Nexaclaw N v24 development platform.

First, it will establish a system to link the work history of the PDA system for delivery drivers to the TMS in real time, and strengthen the notification function for work operation history.

In detail, we will focus on improving areas such as ▲delivery management ▲performance management ▲settlement management ▲bank store system. In particular, the main screen performance statistics management dashboard will be renewed and new features will be applied, such as KakaoTalk notification service before visiting a store, and delivery route optimization service Tmap.

The renewed system will be commercialized after completion of development at the end of February next year, and will be continuously supplemented by collecting opinions from users in the future.

Starting with this system renewal, TOBESOFT plans to actively support the DXization of Nonghyup Logistics by adding various application solutions and expand its business area to continue to win turnkey orders.

An official from TOBESOFT said, "As this project is a turnkey project organized and carried out by TOBESOFT from A to Z, it will be a case of recognition of our own technology if it is successfully developed." "We will further strengthen customer convenience through DX interworking using various application solutions in the future." (End)
