Separate operating profit 'breaks even' as company streamlines operations and drives shareholder value
TOBESOFT returns to profitability for the first time in three years, giving a green light to normalization through profitability improvement.
Digital transformation(DX) specialist TOBESOFT announced on the 20th that it has succeeded in turning its operating profit into the black on a separate basis in 2023.
According to the company, in 2023, it recorded KRW 29.3231 billion in sales and KRW 351.189 million in operating profit on a separate basis. In particular, operating profit returned to the black for the first time in three years since 2020, paving the way for profit improvement.
Net profit continued to be a net loss, but the deficit was reduced by KRW 9.7 billion compared to last year, raising expectations for improved performance in the second half of the year.
TOBESOFT has been working hard to improve profitability by reorganizing its business segments and drastically reducing expenses with the aim of strengthening its financial health.
In November of last year, Nexacro N v24, the new version of its flagship UI/UX solution, was released, providing services that can solve various environments, requirements, and complexities with minimal investment and coding.
Since July, Nexacro Sketch, a mock up tool that allows users to easily draw work screens, and Nexacro Integrated Build, a web-based cloud service that allows users to experience the development process, have been in service.
"We are currently making company-wide efforts to streamline management and increase corporate value," said a representative from TOBESOFT. "We will focus on launching new products and investing in new businesses so that we can turn profitable on a consolidated basis through improved earnings in the future."
Meanwhile, this year, TOBESOFT plans to launch Nexacro Studio (Web IDE) and SaaS service-based application solutions to further solidify its profit structure and enhance shareholder value by launching Nexacro Studio (Web IDE), which enables users to develop work screens in a web browser without installing anything in the cloud.
