TOBESOFT wins RPA Connector Order

TOBESOFT wins RPA Connector Order
Adopted by LG, Korea Investment & Securities, Kakao Bank, etc.

Digital transformation (DX) specialist TOBESOFT's robotic process automation (RPA) connector solution is rapidly gaining adoption across industries.

According to the company, it recently signed contracts with LG Electronics, Korea Investment & Securities, Kakao Bank, and Hyundai Card for RPA connectors.

RPA is an automation technology that takes over tasks such as extracting data, filling out forms, and moving files. It combines APIs and UI interactions to perform repetitive tasks in an integrated manner, and is characterized by the ability to accurately process a large number of simple tasks in a short time.

The banking and finance industry uses this solution for account opening, inquiry processing, and large-scale manual data entry tasks, and with the rise of e-commerce, the retail industry and other manufacturing industries are also adopting it for warehouse and order management, feedback processing, and more.

The RPA Connector, an extension of RPA, is a necessary solution when Java-based or in-house developed software (SW) components do not support object recognition.

TOBESOFT's RPA Connector provides object-level access and information to RPA development tools and business programs based on NexacroPlatform, XPlatform, and MIPlatform to support flexible and convenient business processing.

TOBESOFT provides a separate activity for the RPA Connector, which allows you to freely extend its functionality and realize a 30% reduction in activity usage compared to developing an image recognition method.

In addition, the RPA Connector extension module in the UI/UX platform engine allows RPA workflows to interact with the RPA workflow, ensuring an independent execution environment for RPA robots without affecting user experience performance and functionality.

TOBESOFT's RPA Connector was previously awarded a Level 1 GS Certification in 2021. GS (Good Software) certification is a national certification system that proves software quality and is granted to software that has undergone a nine-item test of functional suitability, performance efficiency, compatibility, usability, reliability, security, maintainability, portability, and general requirements in accordance with International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards.

"As the automation of work systems using robots becomes more common, the number of RPA adoption cases is increasing rapidly," said a representative from TOBESOFT. "We will strive to advance our solutions to implement and operate RPA effectively and conveniently."
