MOU with DX-AI smart factory solution company Thirautech & Gmission
TOBESOFT has partnered with specialized companies that are expanding their smart factory solution business through digital transformation (DX) to advance their solutions.
According to TOBESOFT on the 25th, the company signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Thirautech and Gmission on the 18th and 19th of this month for comprehensive technical business cooperation.
The MOU is premised on collaboration to upgrade solutions and technologies required for smart factories, and the goal is to build a DX and AI-based platform and expand business by applying TobeDevOps, TOBESOFT's cloud-native solution.
Thirautech specializes in smart factory solutions and is a representative company that has built a business ecosystem including unmanned automation and robotics. It has various references such as facility automation, MES (manufacturing execution system), and integrated control system construction and operation for companies such as SK energy, LG energy solution, and Samsung SDI. Recently, it has been expanding its business based on DX and AI by combining smart factory solutions and AI technology, acquiring a patent for 'Time Series Data Augmentation Method and System for AI Learning in MES Environment'.
Gmission is an AI solution company that combines AI deep learning technology and provides services that can meet the security of analog and the efficiency of digital at the same time with the digitization of analog industries, such as AI Fax, AI VRS (artificial video analysis), AI WEBPACK (artificial communication service), and AI CC (artificial contact center). Last year, the company signed a DX cooperation MOU with Laos' Khorao Group and is expanding across the Indochina Peninsula.
