TOBESOFT Wins Turnkey Order for College Admissions Support System

Digital transformation (DX) specialist TOBESOFT (CEO Lee Kyong-chan) announced on April 15 that it has completed the development of a turnkey college admissions support system and launched the service.
ASSIST is a system that manages an information portal for college admissions personnel to plan, schedule, and register admission information, submits applicant information and pass/fail information, manages college admissions fees, simplifies data entry for each university, and provides statistical services.
The turnkey project, which began development in May last year, was carried out with IT service specialist Foxsoft. Previously, Foxsoft signed a contract with the Korea University Education Council for the 'Integrated Development of Next-Generation College Entrance Examination System'.
As a consortium participant in this project worth approximately KRW 10 billion, TOBESOFT converted its existing UI/UX platform, XPLATFORM, to the latest version, Nexacro, in order to provide an efficient and stable university admissions work environment.
Nexacro enhanced user convenience by providing the same services on various devices and browser environments as well as open OS, and improved web compatibility and accessibility by replacing non-standard technologies such as ActiveX with web standards (HTML5) to ensure service use in browsers.
In particular, it has greatly enhanced user productivity by improving the input screen and supporting a work environment centered on the work process MAP method.
"Through this project, we have laid the foundation for a service that actively responds to the university environment and technology environment with our technology, and greatly improved the convenience of users," said a representative of TOBESOFT.
Meanwhile, TOBESOFT has built and provided integrated information systems, administrative systems, and e-library systems for many domestic universities, and has also exported e-library package solutions to Mongolia International University.
