42 Long-Term Employees Recognized with Awards, Cash Prizes, and More

(CEO Lee Kyong-chan), an AI-based digital transformation company, announced today that it celebrated its 24th anniversary at its headquarters in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

"Your hard work and passion have made TOBESOFT what it is today," said CEO Lee Kyong-chan. "We are grateful to everyone who has struggled for the development and sustainable growth of TOBESOFT until our 24th anniversary."

"We look forward to launching new products this year and moving toward a new future as a full-stack low-code development platform powered by artificial intelligence," said Mr. Lee.

On the occasion of its 24th anniversary, the company also held an award ceremony for long-term employees and outstanding employees. A total of 29 employees with 3, 5, 10, and 15 years of service, including those with 20 years of service, including Lee Kwangho, Head of Technical Service Group, Moon Deokjun, Head of Quality Assurance Group, Jeon Wooseung, Senior Manager (Platform Development Team), and Park Joohee, Senior Manager (Pre-Sales Team), and 13 outstanding employees were awarded with commendations, cash prizes, and reward vacations. 

This year, the program was extended to employees with three and five years of service to boost employee morale and allow more employees to benefit from the program. On this day, Mr. Lee Da-woon, President of TOBESOFT, presented the awards to each of them and encouraged them to work with pride in the company.

Founded in 2000, TOBESOFT has been making history in the corporate UI/UX field, holding the No. 1 market share in Korea. Over the years, it has introduced MIPlatform, XPlatform, and Nexacro, its flagship UI products for web environments, and has worked with about 2,300 customers and 7,000 projects.

Last month, after two years of research and development, the company launched TOBEDevOps, an integrated platform that ensures everything from development to system management in a cloud environment. The plan is to utilize TOBEDevOps in various ways, targeting enterprise full-stack low-code.

Meanwhile, last month, TOBESOFT held a 'Future Vision Workshop' to share its mid- to long-term technology development strategy and plans to strengthen its capabilities. The company presented a blueprint by introducing the next-generation Nexacro product, codenamed 'Kainos,' and how it plans to utilize TOBEDevOps to target enterprise full-stack low code.
