TOBESOFT holds 8th Graduation Ceremony of Nexacro Training Program

TOBESOFT holds 8th Graduation Ceremony of Nexacro Training Program
Operated as a special course for Hansung University students

(CEO Lee Kyong-chan), an AI-based digital transformation specialist, today announced the completion of the 8th edition of the Nexacro Expert Training Course.

Unlike the previous training program, which was held for new employees and career developers of TOBESOFT's customers and partners, the 8th course was held as a special course for college students at Hansung University.

Hansung University has been actively engaged in industry-academia collaboration to foster SW-AI talent, including being selected as a 'Software Center University in 2024' by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the Information and Communication Planning and Evaluation Institute. Currently, 20 percent of students are completing SW-related majors through industry-led SW education.

In order to strengthen students' practical competencies, five students, who were selected based on the recommendation of professors from the School of Computer Science, participated in the eighth edition of the program and received intensive theoretical and practical training in the form of one-on-one projects for two months.

The Nexacro Expert Training Program is an educational program conducted by TOBESOFT that aims to provide students with practical experience as well as professional knowledge through the entire project process from planning, design, and development.

The students who completed the program presented their projects at the completion ceremony. “I started with a small idea of organizing things in my room and expanded it into a store management system,” said Kim So-ryong, introducing the ‘Store Management System’. “Nexacro's grid and dataset features were very useful, and the components made it easy to implement even when I didn't know much about design.”

“I was able to learn how practical work is done by developing it myself,” said Kim Joo-young, who created a men's apparel shopping mall. “I felt limited during the course, but the instructors guided me to the end, so I was able to gain confidence and complete the project successfully.”

Afterward, students Kim Do-hyun, 'Online Movie Ticketing System', Kim Sung-yoon, 'Coffee Shop Reservation System', and Park Jin-ho, 'Futsal Match Service', presented their projects and gave their short impressions.

TOBESOFT and Hansung University signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on the 23rd of this month to continue industry-academia collaboration to foster excellent talent, not just for one-time training.

“We are grateful to the students of Hansung University for showing their enthusiasm by completing the project without giving up,” said a representative from TOBESOFT. ”We will continue to strive to produce more excellent developers through the Nexacro expert training program.”

Meanwhile, TOBESOFT is recruiting for the ninth edition of the Nexacro Expert Training Program until the 27th of this month. The training period is from October 7th to December 4th.
