TOBESOFT introduces a powerful solution to easily develop workplace screens without coding.
TOBESOFT(CEO Lee Kyong-chan), an AI-based digital transformation company, today announced the release of ProGen, a full-stack low-code development plugin.
ProGen is a powerful development solution that enables developers to automatically generate and immediately execute full-stack sources such as Nexacro source, Java source, and SQL statements with just a click after selecting a work screen layout using TOBESOFT 's UI solution Nexacro.
Whereas traditional program development involves developers coding one line each based on screen and program design documents, ProGen allows developers to select and define front-end and back-end development in a sequence without coding, and business screens are generated immediately.
As a result, simple script coding, which accounts for about 60% of the total system, can be created more easily and quickly with ProGen, and then only the necessary coding can be added to complete the work screen. This not only solves the problem of developer labor supply and demand in the system integration (SI) business, but also saves costs and time.
With ProGen, experienced developers can focus more on their goals or core business logic, resulting in higher quality deliverables. Additionally, designers can develop business screens in SQL(data extraction language).
When used in conjunction with TOBESOFT's DevPro, an integrated development environment solution that supports server frameworks and system management, ProGen can be used without additional installation or setup, so it is possible to operate the system immediately after developing the business screen.
Currently, ProGen has been adopted by Korea Container Pool, a Korean integrated logistics company, and will be utilized to build next-generation systems. ProGen is expected to be further adopted by various SI projects and companies in the second half of the year as companies increasingly adopt low-code.
