Tobesoft Expands AI-Based Smart Factory Business
Plans to Develop UI/UX-Based Factory Automation System to Realize Smart Manufacturing

[DealSite Reporter Park Jun-woo] KOSDAQ-listed company Tobesoft announced on the 10th that it is embarking on full-scale business diversification following a change in its largest shareholder. Previously, at the end of February, Tobesoft's largest shareholder changed from Real Investment to CEO Kim Moran-hee.
Following this change, Tobesoft amended its articles of incorporation to include new business objectives such as:
Automation equipment consulting
Information and communication solutions & services consulting
Industrial automation equipment manufacturing
Development, manufacturing, sales, and wholesale of factory automation equipment & systems
This move signals Tobesoft’s commitment to entering the smart factory and industrial automation sectors.
Going forward, the company plans to integrate its AI-driven data analysis solution, NexaBoard, to provide business insights and achieve true smart manufacturing.
In particular, Tobesoft aims to seamlessly integrate NexaBoard with smart manufacturing and MES (Manufacturing Execution System), leveraging its proprietary technology and expertise. This integration will help generate optimal data insights and enable improved decision-making.
Through this business diversification, Tobesoft seeks to combine its existing UI/UX development platform with industrial automation solutions, accelerating workflow innovation in the manufacturing sector.
A Tobesoft representative stated:
"By revising our articles of incorporation, we have established a foundation for new business expansion. By combining AI-powered digital transformation technology with industrial automation solutions, we will drive digital transformation in the smart factory market."
