TOBESOFT Signs NDA with Mesakuur Company

Strengthening Cross-Industry Collaboration Using Vision AI-Based Facial Recognition Solutions

TOBESOFT, a leading provider of AI-powered digital transformation solutions, announced on the 27th that it has signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with Mesakuur Company, a specialist in vision AI technologies.

Through this agreement, the two companies plan to explore a wide range of collaborative opportunities leveraging Mesakuur’s facial recognition solution. Current discussions include the development of advanced integrated solutions combining TOBESOFT’s Nexacro platform with Mesakuur’s facial recognition technology, as well as applications in logistics and other industries.

Founded in 2000, TOBESOFT provides enterprise software and specializes in UI design frameworks. Its flagship product, Nexacro, is a JavaScript and HTML5-based development framework that enables businesses to quickly adapt to market changes. The company is actively investing in intelligent UI, gesture recognition, and AI-powered services to further expand its solution offerings.

Mesakuur Company has successfully commercialized its proprietary facial recognition solution, UFACE, across various sectors including finance, public services, and education. It was the first to introduce facial authentication login technology in the Korean financial industry and was selected as a facial recognition technology provider for the national mobile ID project, proving its technological leadership in large-scale public initiatives.
