Combining Low-Code Expertise with a Global Network
First Joint Overseas Project to Launch Within This Year
TOBESOFT (CEO Moranhee Kim), a specialized UI/UX platform company for AX (Application eXperience), announced that it has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with FPT, Vietnam’s largest IT service company, to jointly target the global market.
FPT operates in three core businesses—technology, telecommunications, and education—and has over 88 subsidiaries across 30 countries worldwide, employing approximately 54,000 people. In Korea, it operates branches in Seoul, Magok, Pangyo, and Daegu, supporting digital innovation across major industries such as automotive, manufacturing, logistics, e-commerce, and healthcare. In particular, FPT has more than 5,000 low-code developers worldwide, securing professional capabilities in the entire cycle of application development, operation, and maintenance.
Through this agreement, TOBESOFT plans to leverage FPT’s global network and low-code expertise to strengthen its project execution capabilities and accelerate its overseas market expansion. FPT, in turn, expects to solidify its foothold in the Korean market through cooperation with TOBESOFT and to present customers with a next-generation AI-based application development model.
The two companies will collaborate on:
Full-scale overseas sales of TOBESOFT’s flagship product Nexacro,
Joint execution of domestic and overseas SI projects,
Expansion of the AI-based low-code platform currently under development into North America, Southeast Asia, and Europe.
The companies plan to closely integrate product distribution, project execution, and local customer support to accelerate initial market penetration, with their first joint overseas project scheduled within the year.
