[DataNet] TOBESOFT (CEO Moranhee Kim), a specialist in UI/UX platforms for the AX era, announced that it will supply its web-standards-based UI/UX development platform Nexacro for Meritz Securities’ Prime Brokerage Service (PBS) system project.
The PBS system initiative is a core project launched by Meritz Securities to strengthen its PBS business, which is expected to see profitability improvements following the restructuring of the comprehensive investment banking framework. Through this project, Meritz aims to diversify its profit portfolio while securing platform competitiveness as a comprehensive investment bank.
Nexacro, supplied by TOBESOFT, is built on HTML5 with a single-source OSMU (One Source Multi-Use) structure and web-standards design. It provides consistent UI quality across multiple operating systems (OS) and browser environments. It also supports flexible integration with external systems and maximizes development productivity through standardized UI/UX templates and common components.
Notably, Nexacro strengthens its low-code development environment by enabling UI development elements to be configured in block units, allowing for rapid and convenient application building. In addition, it offers structural scalability to respond to evolving digital finance needs, such as cloud migration, AI-driven data services, and integration with external platforms—thereby accelerating Meritz Securities’ transition to next-generation services.
A TOBESOFT representative commented, “This PBS system project is a representative case of the financial sector securing both digital competitiveness and future technological scalability. With Nexacro’s proven technology and stable technical support, we will continue to drive business innovation for our clients in the AX era, beyond digital transformation.”
