Tobesoft (CEO Moranhee Kim), a leading UI/UX platform company for the era of AI Transformation (AX), announced on the 22nd that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Myongji University to jointly foster competitive talents in the fields of semiconductors, software (SW), and artificial intelligence (AI).

Through this agreement, the two institutions will collaborate in various areas, including ▲operation of SW·AI project-based courses aligned with industrial demand, ▲enhancement of field-oriented education and employment linkage, and ▲promotion of technology commercialization and joint industry-academia research.

In particular, as part of its initiative to nurture future talents capable of adapting to the changing software industry structure in the AI era, Tobesoft will donate its UI/UX development platform Nexacro, worth KRW 100 million, to provide students with access to the same development tools used in real-world industrial environments.

Through this collaboration, Myongji University will introduce and operate Nexacro-based courses as part of its software education programs, enabling students to strengthen their practical skills and enhance their adaptability to the industry field.

A Tobesoft representative stated, “This partnership goes beyond simple educational   support—it establishes a practical cooperation model that connects the academic and industrial fields,” adding, “We aim to contribute to strengthening Korea’s software industry competitiveness by fostering excellent talents.”

Meanwhile, Tobesoft—whose UI/UX platform Nexacro is chosen by 86% of Korea’s top 100 enterprises—continues to support AI Transformation (AX) across various sectors such as public, finance, manufacturing, and services. The company is evolving into a next-generation AX platform that innovates the entire software development process through AI.
