::: Showcasing Nexacro-Based Smart Factory Integration Solutions :::
Tobesoft (CEO Moranhee Kim), a leading UI/UX platform company for the era of AI Transformation (AX), announced that it successfully concluded its participation at ‘KES 2025’, held from October 21 to 24 at COEX, Seoul, where it unveiled next-generation solutions targeting the smart factory market.
Celebrating its 56th year, Korea Electronics Show (KES) is the nation’s largest IT and electronics industry exhibition hosted by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, featuring over 550 companies across 1,300 booths, and attracting more than 70,000 industry professionals and investors.
At this year’s event, Tobesoft presented a new vision for smart factory innovation through the integration of its UI/UX platform technology with industrial hardware. In particular, the company introduced two next-generation solutions based on its flagship platform ‘Nexacro’ — the ‘NexaStorage’ and ‘NexaEdge’ — for the first time.
‘NexaStorage’ is an intelligent storage solution that automates the storage and retrieval of reel materials used in SMT (Surface Mount Technology) processes. It is the first in Korea to adopt a rotary reel auto-storage structure, dramatically enhancing material management efficiency while maximizing both space utilization and production speed.
‘NexaEdge’ is an industrial edge device powered by NVIDIA Jetson Nano, designed to collect, analyze, and process manufacturing data in real time to improve operational efficiency on the production floor.
Both products were jointly developed by Tobesoft and its subsidiary Tobesoft AX, which specializes in applied solution development. Featuring Nexacro-based UI/UX interfaces, the solutions deliver an intuitive user experience and efficient control environment—earning enthusiastic responses from on-site visitors.
A representative from a manufacturing company who visited the booth commented, “If this solution can be linked with existing ERP or MES systems to automatically map reels based on the BOM (Bill of Materials), it could significantly shorten production times,” expressing strong interest in its industrial applicability.
A Tobesoft spokesperson stated, “Through this year’s KES exhibition, we demonstrated how the Nexacro platform can be widely applied across manufacturing and industrial fields,” adding, “By integrating hardware and software, we presented a smart factory environment that simultaneously enhances productivity and user experience.”
Meanwhile, Tobesoft has accumulated over 9,000 project references across industries including finance, public, logistics, and manufacturing. With this exhibition, the company further strengthened its smart factory solution portfolio, combining AI-based UI/UX platforms with industrial hardware to drive the next phase of intelligent manufacturing innovation.
