According to Digital Daily, enterprise development platform company Tobesoft announced on the 10th that its board of directors has appointed Vice President Lee Woo-cheol as the company’s new President.

President Lee Woo-cheol is a founding member of Tobesoft and has been responsible for key business operations for the past 25 years since the company’s establishment. He has led the enterprise application development platform business through business planning and product development centered on UI/UX solutions.

Tobesoft explained that, in response to changes in the IT industry environment, the company has continuously advanced its UI/UX platform lineup from ‘MiPlatform’ to ‘X-Platform’ and now to ‘Nexacro.’ Through these transitions, the company has expanded its implementation cases across industries including public services, finance, and manufacturing.

The appointment is viewed as part of Tobesoft’s broader strategy to focus on AX (AI Transformation)-centered business initiatives. In December of last year, the company introduced its AI-powered development solution ‘Nexa AI,’ strengthening environments that apply AI across the entire software development process.

‘Nexa AI’ provides features including project-specific coding standards management, program analysis, and automatic comment generation, with the goal of improving development efficiency and supporting software quality management.

In addition, Tobesoft plans to launch an AI-powered full-stack development platform based on low-code technology in May. The platform aims to provide an integrated environment supporting the entire process from planning and development to deployment, which the company considers a key milestone in advancing its AX strategy.

In his inaugural message, President Lee stated, “The work Tobesoft does is about helping enterprise operations run faster, safer, and more efficiently. Leading-edge technology is not simply about adding one more feature—it is about delivering technologies ahead of others that make customers’ operations faster, enable stable management, and take full responsibility for those outcomes.”
