According to DataNet, AX-focused enterprise development platform specialist Tobesoft (CEO Kim Moranhee) announced that major public and education services built on its UI/UX development platform ‘Nexacro’ have consecutively obtained the nationally accredited Web Accessibility Quality Certification (WA).
The certified services include ▲NEIS Public Service ▲Education Expense One-Click Application Service ▲Education Survey System ▲public services operated by affiliates under the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. These systems are widely used by the public as core administrative and civil service platforms, making the achievement particularly meaningful in terms of ensuring stable accessibility and usability across diverse user environments.
The Web Accessibility Quality Certification is a nationally recognized certification awarded to online services that comply with web accessibility standards, ensuring that information-vulnerable groups such as people with disabilities and senior citizens can use digital services without inconvenience. Based on evaluation guidelines established by the National Information Society Agency (NIA), the certification requires both expert verification and real-user evaluations, and is regarded as a highly demanding certification that simultaneously assesses technical excellence and public value.
‘Nexacro’ is an enterprise UI/UX development platform widely adopted across industries including public services, finance, and education for building web standards-based systems. Designed with accessibility, compatibility, and development efficiency in mind, the platform has strengthened its credibility by securing numerous implementation cases in public service environments where compliance with accessibility standards is essential.
In particular, Tobesoft provides UI design guidelines and development standards that incorporate web accessibility requirements from the initial implementation stage. The company also supports customers with specialized consulting services and certification compliance expertise to help them address technical requirements during the certification process.
In addition, Nexacro previously obtained Level 2 compatibility certification for the Electronic Government Standard Framework version 4.3.1. Building on this achievement, Tobesoft continues to expand its experience in implementing web standards and accessibility-based systems across both internal administrative systems and public-facing services.
A Tobesoft representative stated, “The acquisition of web and mobile accessibility certifications for major public and education services demonstrates that Nexacro is a platform capable of reliably meeting the quality standards required in diverse public service environments. We will continue to provide full technical support to strengthen accessibility for public services and help bridge the digital divide.”
