AX-focused enterprise development platform company Tobesoft (CEO Kim Moranhee) announced on the 31st that it has successfully implemented its smart access management system, ‘V-PASS,’ at Anyang Arboretum.
The system was introduced in response to the increasing number of visitors following the full public opening of Anyang Arboretum last November for the first time in 58 years.
To efficiently manage visitor flow and operations, the arboretum adopted a reservation-based entry system and selected Tobesoft’s ‘Nexacro’-based access management solution as the core infrastructure supporting stable operations.
‘V-PASS’ is a smart access management system developed on top of Tobesoft’s UI/UX development platform, ‘Nexacro.’ The solution provides a mobile-optimized user experience and HTML5 web compatibility, allowing visitors to conveniently use their smartphones as “digital keys” through QR-based access passes without complicated procedures.
To strengthen security, the system adopts a dynamic QR code mechanism. By utilizing QR codes embedded with encrypted one-time passwords (OTPs), the solution prevents unauthorized access attempts such as screenshots, image captures, or QR code reuse. The system also enhances personal information protection by preventing visitor data exposure.
From an operational perspective, administrators can centrally manage access approvals and visitor status through a unified system, significantly improving on-site operational efficiency and response speed.
Tobesoft’s access management solutions have been adopted by major department stores and public institutions, supporting customers’ stable digital transformation initiatives. In addition, the company continues to address growing DX and AX demands across industries including manufacturing, retail, education, and finance through Nexacro-based expansion solutions, consistently proving its technological capabilities and operational stability through accumulated implementation cases.
Tobesoft stated that the Anyang Arboretum project represents a leading example of how the Nexacro-based platform can solve real operational challenges in public-sector environments. The company added that it will continue introducing scalable solutions applicable across various industries centered on the Nexacro platform.
The company also plans to launch its AI-powered full-stack low-code development platform in the first half of this year, accelerating its transformation into a next-generation enterprise development platform provider capable of responding to rapidly evolving enterprise environments.
