AX-focused enterprise development platform company Tobesoft (CEO Kim Moranhee) announced on the 24th that it has advanced the core technologies of its AI-powered intelligent decision-making platform, ‘Nexa Board,’ through industry-academia collaboration with Yonsei University, while also initiating commercialization verification based on real operational data.

Following the demonstration of Nexa Board’s AI-based data analysis environment last year, Tobesoft has now moved beyond the simple feature implementation stage and entered a new phase focused on internalizing core AI technologies and securing technical completeness through practical application in real business environments and ADX (AI-Driven Transformation).

The research initiative was launched to address a common enterprise challenge: although companies continuously accumulate vast amounts of data, executives often face complex analytical procedures and delays before they can effectively utilize that data for decision-making. Through joint research with the Yonsei University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation, Tobesoft is concentrating on building an AI analytics platform optimized for enterprise environments by securing high-reliability Large Language Model (LLM)-based reasoning technologies and natural language query processing capabilities.

‘Nexa Board’ is an intelligent analytics platform that learns from customers’ databases and automatically generates key indicators and visualization data required for decision-making. The platform is particularly designed with a user-centric interface that enables both executives and working-level employees to directly access and analyze data.

As part of the latest advancement process, Tobesoft strengthened technologies that automatically convert voice-based natural language queries into SQL commands, along with intelligent data verification functionalities. When users ask questions through voice or text, the AI analyzes the request, converts it into data query commands, and immediately provides results in the form of charts and dashboards. In addition, the platform incorporates a “continuous conversation” capability that remembers the context of previous queries, enabling users to naturally continue complex data exploration processes.

From a security perspective, the platform has also been designed specifically for enterprise environments. By supporting on-premise deployment, Nexa Board enables organizations to establish independent LLM operating environments within isolated internal networks separated from external systems. This structure minimizes the risk of internal data leakage while providing a stable and secure AI analytics environment.

Currently, Tobesoft is applying Nexa Board technologies to its own ERP system to validate the platform using actual operational data. Through this process, the company is continuously training the system on data generated across diverse business environments while further enhancing analytical accuracy.

Tobesoft stated that Nexa Board aims to become a practical decision-support platform that enables executives to directly utilize internal enterprise data for management decision-making. The company added that, through collaboration with Yonsei University, it plans to continuously strengthen its enterprise AX platform competitiveness by combining core AI technologies with its UI/UX platform expertise.
