TOBESOFT Hosts Data driven UX Model Forum on the 30th

- Technology and Know-how Collaboration Encourage Member Contribution toward Academic and Tech Development of UX Model
- Anticipation of Various N-Screen Compatibility & User-Optimized UX

[Seoul, Korea  January 30, 2015] The ‘Data driven UX Model Forum,’ abbreviated below as DD-UX Model Forum, was held on the 30th at TOBESOFT (Chairman Kim Hyong Gon, www.tobesoft.co.kr) headquarters in Samsung-dong of the Gangnam District in Seoul.

The forum welcomed not only B2EN(Head Chairman Cho Gwang Won, http://www.b2en.com), TOBESOFT and Pulip Communication (Head Chairman Lee Byong Ha, http://www.pulipinc.com) but also the UX Lab of Seoul National University’s Graduate School of Fusion Science, which functions as an advisory board while being headed by Professor Lee Joong Shik, and six Japanese-based software organizations interested in partaking in the forum. TOBESOFT elucidated on the forum saying that it will serve as the future home base for Korean, American and Japanese UX (user experience) business operators and field specialists. In addition, the hopes of launching this forum onto the international stage led to a series of discussions in regard to the piecing together of future plans and activities to promote the interest and participation of Japanese business organizations.

Companies in attendance at the DD-UX Model Forum clarified that the objective of the forum itself is to catalyze the dynamic of academic and technology contributions in relation to that of the UX platform having successfully merged the technology and know-how of each member organization. It was also stated that the forum’s UX model will promote the mutual benefit of all member companies with the development of cooperative business and marketing activities.

TOBESOFT Chief Technology Officer, Song Hwa-joon, expressed his excitement and feelings of personal responsibility toward the potential of the forum saying, “Establishing the compatibility for multiple N-Screen platforms requires considering the expansion of the actual device from the initial stages of design. There are very clear limitations when it comes to solely contemplating N-Screen support and compatibility during materialization of new applications. As such, the forum provides a stage for examining exactly how to construct UX platforms that are consistent with models based on provided UX modeling technology and having induced the transition from design and screen movement-focused UX consulting to data-focused UX consulting. All across the globe, there has yet to be a ‘one-stop’ N-Screen support solution, but we plan to change that with the creative launching of a blue ocean market in DD-UX Consulting. We will also continue in our collective efforts with member organizations of the forum to expediently provide fully-optimized UX platform compatibility on various devices to our users at low cost.”

It was added that regular ‘DD-UX Model Forums’ held both on and offline as well as seminars and promotional events are scheduled to be held to broaden the forum’s global influence toward other organizations. It is hoped that everyone will take an interest in all that the forum has to offer.
